  1. Dear Sir

Someone has given me an email address to write and complain that I lost some money with my Binary Broker
and he said that I should write and complain to the Licensing Authority of my Broker and REQUEST FOR AN UPGRADE
He Quoted: An upgrade from a regular trading
account to an admin trading account
will make your account have the
    following new features below:
    – Insured under MiFID (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive).
    – Insured under the Regulatory Agency which your broker is registered to
in case of any unfair loss.
Can you please advise if you have any knowledge of this and if this is a genuine Procedure and if such a service of
Upgrading my Account will have any Extra Benefits from my Broker?

Looking forward to hear from you

    Kind Regards

    • Charles Beaujoire

      Hi Steve,

We are sorry to hear about your problems and this is the reason why we try to flag fraudulent brokers on our website. There exist no such thing as the one you just described. Either a broker is regulated or he is not, but this cannot be conditional to the status of your account. We can only recommend you to contact your domestic financial regulator for further information about the broker. We also encourage you to cease your cooperation with this broker since the procedure described above is clearly fraudulent and simply represents an attempt from the broker to encourage you to deposit more on your account.
